Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe: our Site redirects you to Stripe's own hosted checkout page, where you enter your payment information directly with Stripe. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for that payment information, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

We use analytics tools — including Google Analytics and PostHog — to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed and how the ordering flow performs) so we can improve it.
