Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and ordering service operated under the name The Savor Haus (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). The Savor Haus is owned and operated by Adorned Group LLC. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What We Sell

The Savor Haus currently offers two made-to-order menu items: turkey legs and tilapia. Menu availability, pricing, and minimum order quantities are displayed on the Site at the time of ordering and may change without notice.

2. Pickup Only — No Delivery

We are a small-batch, slow-food kitchen. We do not offer delivery. All orders are pay-and-pick-up: you place and pay for your order online, and you are responsible for picking it up in person at the location and time window provided to you after checkout.

3. Preparation Time

Because our food is slow-cooked to order in small batches, orders typically take upwards of 2 hours to prepare from the time they are placed. We will contact you using the phone number or email you provide to let you know when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive before you have been notified your order is ready.

4. Ordering & Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you check out, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page to enter your payment details directly with Stripe. We never receive, process, or store your credit card or other payment information — Stripe's own terms and privacy policy govern that part of the transaction. 5. Cancellations, Refunds & Unclaimed Orders

Because each order is prepared fresh and to order, all sales are final once an order is placed — we do not offer refunds or cancellations after checkout. If an order is not picked up within the pickup window communicated to you, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued for the forfeited order.

6. No Warranties

The Site and our food are provided "as is." While we take care in preparing every order, we make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by applicable law. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adorned Group LLC and The Savor Haus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or your order, beyond the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
